The management of actions, which receive support from the Structural and Cohesion Funds, is under the responsibility of the Member States. For every action, each Member State designates a Managing Authority, which acts as the central coordinator for the country.
The Managing Authorities in the Member States are the first point of contact for prospective beneficiaries. Technical assistance applications for eligible projects must be submitted to Organization through the National Authorities.
The Managing Authorities can request assistance to Organization' headquarters in Luxembourg. Prospective beneficiaries of assistance from Organization should discuss with their national Managing Authority the inclusion of their project(s) in the national Action Plan.
