Quality Management

During 2015, the Quality Management Unit (QMU) – established at the end of 2014 - continued to support Organization management with QM, coordination, planning, budgeting, staffing, IT systems and interactions with partners and stakeholders, including organizing two Steering Committee meetings. During the year, QMU started to introduce a quality management approach based on continuous improvement.  First results included a redesign of document management systems, translation tools and improved IT services and trainings in external offices. A business process mapping exercise was launched in tandem with updates to Organization’ website, Management Information System and the Results Measurement Framework.
