Assignments are sorted according to their status:
- In progress:
- assignments included in the country Action Plan, for which JASPERS activities will start soon
- assignments on which JASPERS is already working although they are not yet included in the Action Plan
- on-going assignments included in the Action Plan
As at 1st March 2017, JASPERS was working on 5 assignments in Slovenia (see below the attached list).
- Assignments for which JASPERS has completed its task. The completion refers only to JASPERS tasks, as works on the project may be still in progress or eventually not even started.
As at 1st March 2017, JASPERS had completed 39 assignments in Slovenia (see below the attached list).
The objectives of the Construction of Poljane bypass of Skofja Loka, Road no. R1-210 project are to remove the transit traffic through Skofja Loka on R1-210, improve the living environment of Skofja Loka and reduce travel time. The project includes the construction of 3,932 metres of new 2-lane road, a regulated junction, two round-abouts and two three-leg junctions. The implementation of the bypass is divided into two phases. JASPERS helped the beneficiary, the Slovenian Road Authority, in submitting a technically, economically, environmentally sound and eligible project application to the EU Commission. JASPERS also provided technical guidance and consultation through review of, comments and questions to the draft application form and annexes, including cost benefit analysis and EIA procedures.
