JASPERS headquarters are situated in the premises of the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, within a structure separated from its lending activities. In the headquarters are located: Head of JASPERS; the central administration & coordination of JASPERS, responsible for, inter alia, budget, staffing, legal and procurement matters, including the management of contracts concluded with external consultants and the management of the JASPERS Database; JASPERS' Operational Manager plus the five Sector Managers; 9 experts (engineers and economists); EBRD's coordinator; support staff.
Contact details: Prospective beneficiaries of assistance from JASPERS should discuss with their national Managing Authority the inclusion of their project(s) in the national Action Plan. The Managing Authorities in the Member States are the first point of contact for prospective beneficiaries. The lists of Managing Authorities for countries managed by JASPERS Luxembourg Office are available through the DG Regio web site at following links: Cyprus, Malta.
