JASPERS is supervised by a Steering Committee (SC) including:
∙ two representatives from DG REGIO
∙ two representatives from the EIB
∙ two representatives from the EBRD
∙ one representative with the status of observer from KfW
Responsibilities of the SC:
∙ revision and approval of significant operational outputs (in particular Country Action Plans)
∙ revision and decision on major policy issues related to JASPERS
The Head of JASPERS since May 2009 is Agustin Auria, based at the Luxembourg headquarters.
JASPERS is integrated into the Projects Directorate of the EIB as a separate department. Its structure, based on sector, reflects the need to ensure consistency in the advice delivered across beneficiary countries.
