JASPERS held its third Stakeholders' meeting in Budapest on 7-8 April 2011. These presentations focus on JASPERS' strategy until 2013 and an overview of Action Plans for 2011; on the preparations for the next Programming period in the Environment Sector in Romania; on JASPERS' involvement in strategic issues in Hungary; on JASPERS in Bulgaria; on JASPERS' assistance in the implementation of knowledge economy projects; on how to improve the quality and timing for the application process; on the guidelines for preparing and reviewing applications; on JASPERS' new Completion Note;  on JASPERS' progress meetings; and on the future perspectives of JASPERS.
