JASPERS: Road safety audit and road infrastructure

Road Safety Audit (RSA) can help improve the safety impact when designing and constructing new road infrastructure or when rehabilitating existing infrastucture. The RSA is an independent review of road projects by experienced road engineers certified to carry out such audit. This presentation was given at a workshop organised by the Lithuanian Road Authority on 8 September 2011.
