JASPERS headquarters are situated in the premises of the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, within a structure separated from its lending activities.
As of 1st January 2012, in the headquarters are located:
-
Head of JASPERS;
-
the central administration & coordination of JASPERS, responsible for, inter alia, budget, staffing, legal and procurement matters, including the management of contracts concluded with external consultants, the management of the JASPERS website and the JASPERS Database;
-
JASPERS' Operational Manager plus the four Sector Managers;
-
7 experts (engineers and economists);
-
3 administrative assistants.
Contact details:
Prospective beneficiaries of assistance from JASPERS should discuss with their national Managing Authority the inclusion of their project(s) in the national Action Plan. The Managing Authorities in the Member States are the first point of contact for prospective beneficiaries.
The lists of Managing Authorities for countries managed by the JASPERS Luxembourg Office are available through the DG Regio web site at following links: Cyprus, Malta.
On the other hand, the Managing Authorities can request assistance directly from the relevant JASPERS Regional Office.
