The "Municipal Waste Management Program in Krakow": A case study on the exemption of state aid notification under the EU SGEI Decision

This particular paper deals with an ERDF funded, Waste Incineration Plant project, which was exempted from the otherwise mandatory notification for the purpose of State aid clearance under the European Commission’s SGEI Decision. Specifically, it describes the conditions demanded by the Decision and how they were met in this particular case.
